A six-week leadership program built around three things every great leader learns to do:
Show Up. Have a Seat. Enrich Others.
For men, for women — for anyone ready to lead differently.
This isn’t your typical leadership training with big theories and corporate buzzwords. The Leaders Table is real, practical, and personal. It’s about helping you figure out who you are as a leader — not just what you do in your job.
Each week includes teaching moments, group activities, hands-on learning, and real conversations that push you to think, reflect, and grow. You’ll get tools you can actually use — whether you’re leading a team, growing your business, or just figuring out what kind of leader you want to be.

We start by stripping back the titles and expectations to get to the root of who you really are. Through powerful storytelling and reflection, we help you define your personal brand and the moments that shaped your leadership style. Because if you don’t know who you are, neither will the people you lead.

This week is about how you show up — in truth and in presence. We dive into what it means to be honest without being harsh and how to bring your full energy into every room you walk into. Because the most trusted leaders aren’t just seen — they’re felt.

We explore what it really means to have a seat at the table — and how to create space for others, too. From owning your confidence to knowing which rooms deserve your energy, this week is about showing up with purpose and power, even when your voice shakes.

Great leaders take ownership — of their voice, their impact, and their role in the room. We talk about how to lead through your strengths, acknowledge your gaps, and stop pretending like you have to know it all. This is where the real shift begins.

Mentorship isn’t a title — it’s a choice. This week is all about pouring into others the way someone once poured into you. We look at what makes a mentor meaningful, how to lead through micro-moments, and why giving back is part of moving forward.

We wrap with a focus on where you go from here. This week is about putting your leadership into motion — through the commitments you make, the causes you care about, and the people you choose to serve. Because leadership doesn’t stop when the session ends — it’s just getting started.

To celebrate the growth, connection, and commitment of each participant, we’ll close the program with a community-based networking experience during Elgin’s “Sip, Shop & Stroll” event. Participants are encouraged to invite coworkers, friends, or family members to join — offering a real-time opportunity to put their leadership presence and communication tools into action. Each graduate will be recognized with a Leaders Table Certificate to mark their investment in personal and professional growth.

You can join The Leaders Table through one of our scheduled cohorts hosted at SHE — open to individuals ready to grow in community. Limited to 10 seats in order to provide a hands on, personal learning experience.
